CRISPI® Warranty Policy
CRISPI® stands behind every boot we build.
At CRISPI®, we stand behind the quality of every boot we make. We offer a 1-year warranty from the original purchase date to the original owner only. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage that is due to normal use, wear, and soles with less than 25% are excluded from this warranty. If it is determined your boots have a defect due to a manufacturing or materials issue within the first year, we will repair or replace them at our discretion.
CRISPI® USA reserves the right to make all warranty determinations, which include but are not limited to repair, replacement, or credit for the product. If it is determined that there is no warranty issue with the returned product, the product will be repaired at a reasonable cost or returned to the sender with a note of explanation.

Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care
- Alterations or modifications to the boot
- Fit issues or discomfort related to sizing
CRISPI® hunting boots are specifically engineered for rugged, mountainous terrain—not for everyday or work boot use. The soles are made with softer compounds to enhance traction and performance in backcountry environments. However, wearing them daily or on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt can lead to premature sole wear. To remain eligible for warranty coverage, the soles must retain at least 25% of their original tread.
FAQ’s
My soles are worn down. Is this a warranty issue?
Sole wear is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty. The rate at which soles wear can vary greatly depending on terrain, frequency of use, and the surfaces the boots are used on. If the uppers and overall structure of the boot remain in good condition, the boots may be eligible for our resole service to extend their life.

How long does a warranty claim take?
Most claims are reviewed within a few business days after your boots arrive. Processing time may vary during peak seasons.
Does wearing my boots on concrete or asphalt affect warranty coverage?
CRISPI® hunting boots are designed for uneven, mountainous terrain. Frequent use on hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt can accelerate sole wear due to the softer rubber compounds used for backcountry traction. This type of wear is not covered under warranty.
