Boot Resole & Repair
Resole and repair your CRISPI® boots.
CRISPI Boot Resole and Repair
CRISPI® offers an authorized resole program that is managed in-house by our service team. Resoles are intended to help extend the life of our boots by restoring the midsole and outsole that have worn down from sustained use, while helping maintain performance and comfort.
Our resole program is not part of the CRISPI® Warranty Policy and is offered as a paid service on a case-by-case basis. Because this service is performed on used footwear, outcomes may vary depending on the condition and age of the boots.
Resole Service
CRISPI® offers a full resole and recrafting service performed by our trained technicians using high-quality materials aligned with CRISPI® performance standards.
Each resole includes:
- Professional replacement of the CRISPI® midsole and outsole
- Full cleaning and leather/synthetic conditioning
- Replacement of laces and factory insoles
- U.S. Shipping covered both ways
- Minor spot repairs when possible
Price: $195
Typical Turnaround Time: 1–2 weeks from receipt (may vary seasonally)
How to Get Started
To begin a resole or repair request:
- Email [email protected] with your request
- Include photos of the boots, along with your phone number and mailing address
Our team will review the photos and contact you to initiate your resole. Once the resole order is set up, CRISPI® will send an email with a Repair Authorization Number (RN#), resole form, and return shipping label.
Boots sent in without prior approval may experience processing delays or be returned without completion.
Please note: If a boot is deemed to be outside its usable life, CRISPI® may not recommend a resole.
Important Service Expectations
Resole and repair services are performed on used boots and are not covered under warranty.
Please note:
- Normal cosmetic wear is expected and will remain visible after service
- New soles are engineered for grip and durability, but continued wear—especially in high-stress areas—is normal
- Sustained use may result in natural changes to the original shape or support of the boot
- While we strive to restore boot performance, aging materials and natural changes can limit perfect replication
CRISPI® will always evaluate boots carefully and assist when possible; however, results may vary based on individual boot condition. Recreating a factory-level seal on used boot materials may not always be possible.
Repairs (Non-Resole)
CRISPI® also offers limited repair services on used boots. All repairs are evaluated individually.
To request a repair quote, please email [email protected] and include:
- Photos of both boots (overall condition)
- The specific area needing repair
- Mailing address and phone number
Once reviewed, we will advise whether the repair is possible and provide a quote before any work is performed. Repair pricing varies depending on the nature and extent of the repair. CRISPI® will cover shipping both ways and provide an RN# and a repair form.
Authorized Resole Providers
To ensure performance and safety standards are maintained, CRISPI® boots should only be repaired by our authorized cobblers.
Authorized providers include:
- CRISPI® USA
- Gary’s Shoes – Richfield, Utah | 435-596-4931
All repairs performed by other cobblers are not affiliated with CRISPI® and do not use CRISPI® approved components.
Limitation of Liability
CRISPI® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to resole or repair services. Results may vary based on boot condition, use history, and material age. Some state limitations may apply.
To best serve our customers, CRISPI® reserves the right to evaluate all resole and repair requests and determine appropriate services on a case-by-case basis.
FAQ’S
What CRISPI® boots can be resoled?
Most CRISPI® boots can be resoled. The Attiva series, Attiva Mid series, Monaco Premium, and Anchor Point models are not eligible for resole service.
How do I know if my boots are eligible?
Email us photos showing the general condition of the boots and any problem areas you’d like addressed. Our team will review and let you know if a resole is feasible.
How long does a resole typically take?
Typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks from the time we receive your boots, although this may vary during peak seasons.
What is included in a resole?
Each resole includes new CRISPI midsole and outsole components, cleaning/conditioning, new laces and insoles, minor spot repairs when possible, and shipping covered both ways.
When does Crispi take payment for resoles and repairs?
After we receive your email with photos and contact information, our team will review your request and contact you to collect payment before issuing a return label and repair form.
Once payment is completed, you’ll receive your shipping label and instructions to send in your boots. This process helps us avoid delays and provide efficient service for every customer.
Is a resole covered under the warranty policy?
No. Resoles and repairs are paid services and are not part of the 1-year CRISPI Warranty Policy. Continued wear is expected on used boots after a resole.
What if my boots are too worn out to resole?
If we determine the boots are outside their usable life, we will not recommend a resole and will notify you before moving forward. Our goal is to ensure we can provide the best possible result based on the boot’s condition.
Do you repair boots without a full resole?
Yes. Please email photos and we can evaluate and quote smaller repairs on a case-by-case basis. Return labels are also provided for repairs.
Can I take my boots to a local cobbler?
You are welcome to use a local cobbler. However, to ensure the highest quality and access to proprietary materials, we recommend resoles and repairs be performed by authorized providers.
