CRISPI® Dynamic Frame
The CRISPI® Stivale Mezzo is a Chelsea work boot, handmade in Italy, for the workday and everything after it. Mezzo means "half" in Italian: it's our full-size Stivale work boot at half the height. At just 6 inches tall and 13 oz per boot, it's an exceptionally light leather boot that's easy to pull on for ranch chores, a day on the job, or a run into town.
Knitted elastic side panels and pull tabs front and back let it slip on and off in seconds. The leather is the same water-repellent nubuck we build the full-size Stivale from, just cut to an easy-wearing Chelsea height — soft-toed and non-insulated, cool and light enough to wear right through the warm months. If you wear a custom insole, the CRISPI® Air Mesh footbed lifts right out to make room.
What hasn't changed is how it feels to walk in. A resoleable Vibram® Morflex sole and dual-density EVA midsole cushion every step, and the CRISPI® Dynamic Frame gives the Mezzo our softest 1 Flex rating, so it walks easy and natural from the very first step.
